7900HT Fast Real-Time PCR System (Applied Biosystems)

The 7900HT Fast Real -Time PCR System (Applied Biosystems) is designed to work with standard 96-well plates and to read the format of small arrays (Low Density Array – 384 reactions in a volume of 1ul each). An integral part of the system are softwares for the design of primers and probes (Primer Express) and analysis of results (SDS 2.4).

Offered applications:

  • gene expression (optimized kits for single gene expression analysis or custom configured 96-well plates and Low Density Arrays for simultaneous expression analysis of many genes (from 8 to 380),
  • miRNA expression (single miRNA Assays and Low Density Array Cards enabling the analysis of the majority of known human, mouse and rat miRNAs),
  • single nucleotide polymorphism (TaqMan SNP Genotyping Assays),
  • telomere length,
  • quantity and integrity analysis of cfDNA in body fluids,
  • exosomal miRNA analysis.

We offer analyzes of the supplied material (DNA/RNA) and a comprehensive service consisting in the selection and ordering of appropriate reagents, isolation of nucleic acids, performance of qPCR experiments and initial analysis of results.
