Real-Time PCR System Rotor-Gene™ 3000 (Corbett Research)

The Central Scientific Laboratory has Real-time PCR Systems Rotor Gene T3000 (Corbett Research).

They enable DNA amplification and results monitoring in real time. We offer a service to analyze the level of RNA expression in cells and tissues.

Using the rotor for 72 samples, the cost and time of the experiment will be reduced !

Due to the type of detection, we suggest:

  • a method involving the use of intercalating dyes that have the ability to attach to double-stranded DNA,
  • method of hydrolysis of double-labeled probes (TaqMan).
