VICTOR X Multilabel Plate Reader (Perkin Elmer)

Victor X is an automatic multitask microplate reader that allows the use of many absorption, fluorescent and luminescent markers.

It allows to take measurements:

  • visible absorption (Vis) and ultraviolet light (UV),
  • fluorescence intensity measured from above and below,
  • luminescence in flash and glow mode,
  • decay of the decay time (TRF).

FILTERS

The Victor is equipped with the following filters:

  • absorption measurements: 405 nm, 450 nm and 492 nm
  • absorption measurements in the UV range: 260 nm and 280 nm
  • fluorescencence measurements:
    – excitation filters: 355 nm and 485 nm
    – emission filters: 460 nm and 535 nm
  • measurement of the time-resolved fluorescence
    – excitation filters: 340 nm
    – emission filters: 616 nm and 642 nm

We offer services in the field of:

  • absorption, luminescence and fluorescence measurements,
  • immunochemical method – ELISA (allowing, inter alia, to determine the level of expression of receptors, antibodies, antigens, hormones and activity of selected enzymes).
